Unloading flying machine, Carroll, Iowa
Primary tabs
Looking northeast near the corner of East Fourth Street and North Court Street at a crowd of people surrounding a train car with a "flying machine" being unloaded. There is a pool and billiards sign on the left along with a restaurant owned by Herman R. Fessler. The Carroll Times building is across the street in the background. You can also see the cupola of the Carroll County Court House (1886-1965) in the upper left of the picture.
