Two green faced figures are depicted. Both have black full hair and outlined in black are their eyes and mouth. To the right there is a yellow and red snake moving around. The background is done mainly in red and yellow.
Metal Wall Hanging. One figure in the center with fish near the bottom at the figure's knees. Birds at all sides. Rectangular in shape. Central figure has long floppy ears.
Flag. Decorative border with center rectangle depicting various symbols. In the center the letter S or a a money sign which is white and red in color. On the right side a cup and a candle are shown. The son of a houngan or Vodou priest, Telemaque created this flag which honors the spirit associated with vodou officiates. Telemaque is known for his unique and elaborate border treatments
Looking west from Pearl Street. The Uncle Sam's Club was started in 1899 when a group of boys in the are began meeting under the direction of two collect students. The community later supported to building clubhouse in 1903. The center served until 1987 and the building was torn down.
