Looking southwest from the corners of A Avenue NE and Sixth Street NE at the original small brick church, located on the corner of 6th Street and Avenue A was built in 1856 and expanded in 1873 and 1890. It was razed in 1948 and reconstructed in 1963 which still has the original side and back walls that were built in 1851. Located at 525 A Avenue NE, Cedar Rapids, Linn County, Iowa. Number 5777.

Looking east on the corner of First Street and First Avenue. The second Mason Temple was built at a cost of $100,000 and was designed to take Cedar Rapids Masonry into the 20th century with a state of the art facility. It was later sold to the Order of Railroad Conductors to use as its national headquarters. The building was torn down during the urban renewal movement in Cedar Rapids in the 1960's. Number 6463.
