It is made of pressed brick and Bedford limestone. Located at 405 Jefferson Street, Bedford, Taylor County, Iowa. Listed in the National Register for Historic Places. The sheriff's office and jail are in the brick building to the right of the courthouse. 1911 postmark. Number 163.
