Looking northwest at a six-story brick and stone building with Greek columns at the entrance. The building was constructed in 1901 by Lightner Brothers Construction Company of Cedar Rapids. It occupies the site of two non-extant Victorian residences (Smythe, Armstrong). It was located at 602 North Fourth Street, Burlington, Des Moines County, Iowa. 1909 postmark.
