The letter informs that the hog operations of the corporation will be suspended on or before October 1, 1934, based on the recommendations of C.G. Randell. A summary of Randell's report is enclosed which recommends that concentration point operations be returned to local associations and that there is "very little hope for the organizations at Grinnell and Harlan.
