Spaulding Stock Chassis, Making World's Record, [Grinnell, Iowa]

Originally started manufacturing buggies, the Spaulding Manufacturing Company introduced the first Spaulding automobile in 1909. However, the Spaulding automobile never caught on and the last vehicle was made in 1916.
